fan venuri blockage. some guy had similar problem on here, i read it, same thing happened to mine cleaned it out and it works great, take it out and clean it properly dont blow thro it cos it wont clear it

Plate heatexchanger sluged up, can be cleaned with power flush boiler with hot tap running slowly
