Mend ITEC Horizon Security System Control Panel Alarm

itec horizon alarm "C"?

Hi, a "C" is displayed on my ITEC HORIZON control panel. The user-manual says that "C' stands for "Engineer Reset" (?), and says to call the alarm company's assistance. Anybody here would know how to fix it otherwise? Thanks!
