hoover hed6612 stuck 4 lights on ?

Hi our hoover hed 6612, stuck in error mode,ie all4 lights on,pump running can any one please help? only 14 mth old

If this is the HED 6612-80 then the back page of the instruction book says... Overfilled. too much inlet water.
