Peugeot 206. Brake light?

Took it to halfords and they fitted a new bulb still nothing. The guy said it might be a fuse ???????

You could go on forever sorting it and you don't have to,Was the bulb blown,if it wasn't and you tried it in the other light and it worked it's not the bulb,did you put it in the correct way round(they can go the wrong way in if your not methodical about it)are the contacts clean,a lot of people just shove the bulb in and think it will work,most of the time these items fail because they have DIED(bulbs)bet a pound to a penny the other side will go soon.Spend 5 mins fitting it right and save some grief,if it don't work you will have to test for live feed and earth connections etc,do the bulb test first.
