refitting front seat? pug 206?

Hi can anyone help i am trying to put the passenger seat back in the front bolt nearest the door just spins the whole block with the thread in spins any help would be great cheers tiny

drill a hole in floor and plate put screw in to stop turning and clean out threads with 8mm tap use a fresh bolt as old one may be damaged
