Hoover Vision VHD814 8kg?

Hoover VHD814. Pressed timer saver button by accident. First wash filled with water and went into spin very fast for a minute after doing this the washing machine suspension came off the bracket. The wash didn't start properly only did one spin every 5mins approx. Repair man fixed the suspension problem and said that it was going too fast so replaced taco underneath (does it even have one???). Wash worked ok after that but when put on just spin it did the just one spin thing and then the timer saver button and start button flashing. Pressed this and it wont come off. Now the same with the wash cycle again starts ok with water but then does one spin quite fast and stops. Any ideas please?
