MICRA 1997 P REG.1.0L. ENGINE FAILS TO START?

hi bill,try this,switch ignition on & off 6 times in ten second's NOTE DO NOT REMOVE KEY FROM IGNITION SWITCH
*after 2 second's indicator's will flash twice
*programming mode activated for 2 minutes.
*press & hold unlock button
*press lock button 3 time's.
*release unlock button.
*Indicator's will flash once to confirm correct programming
*repeat this procedure to program the remaining key remote control's
*After fourth key is programmed,indicator'sflash 3 time'sto confirm correct programming.
*switch ignition on.
*indicator's flash twice (1-3 key's programmed)
*indicator's DO NOT flash(4 key's programmed)
*programming mode deactivated
*check operation of all programmed key remote control's
