Mend Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 311 CDI Cdi

how can i fix electrical problem on merceded sprinter 311 cdi 2001?

I have an electrical problem, battery goes flat then when charged side lights, number plate light don't work.

Have replaced the fuse everything was ok, 3 days later battery nearly flat again and lights don't work again. Can anyone help
