winding the bobbin for model 626?

Hello Cathy,
Make sure the presser foot is up and make sure the takeup lever is at the top, thread the machine as normal all the way and through the needle, take the thread from the needle and wind it round a few times round the presser foot screw, open the slide plate, push the little button over to traise the winder, press on the foot control slowly and it will wind the bobbin, when you have enough, stop, close the slide plate to drop the winder down, pull the threads to the back of the machine and start to sew.
