Mend Engine Petrol Choke

the chocke on my 1400 petrol balingo seems to stick on?

The chocke on 1400 petrol balingo sticks on .If i stall at any time even when the engine is hot the chocke comes strate back on .Can the unit be repaird ? or
can i replace the unit . Hopesoom one can help me
