Mend Pfaff 1222

Pfaff 1222 need hitting bobbin and breaking?

The part that holds the bobbin case looks like it's not seated completely flat. That might be why it's hitting the bobbin case and breaking needles. So, how do I take the bobbin case holder out to clean and reseat. I will say that the bobbin case does fit and snap in to the holder. I'm the one that ask for help timing the Pfaff 1222. Any help is appreciated.
