peugeot partner van 1.9 D?

Hi van wont start it has been going then stopping engine management light comes on and everything shuts down
after about 20 mins engine management light comes on followed by glow plug light then she fires up.
this morning nothing tried to crank engine over but wont start and sa i was sat there radio and wipers stopped although battery is fine. please help
