HOW CAN I STOP MY STROBE LIGHT FLASHING?

I totally agree Death, in the last few days i have saved people a lot of money, doing engineer reset's over the phone etc. If people cannot be bothered to read other posts, i am not going to spend my time typing out the same answers over and over again.
People just pick up the phone,
