Mend Securti 800L Light Alarm Security

Strobe light flashing Securti 800L?

I have the above alarm fitted, the alarm was triggered during a thunderstorm (never happened before) could not reset the control panel, eventually alarm stopped but since then the strobe light continues to flash (the neighbours are loving me!) I have tried to reset, walk through etc nothing seems to be working. Please help!

it has corrupted the nvm chip the bell box has only stopped due to its 20 minute cut off but strobe will continue i exepect your keypad doesnt work
