Mend Accenta G3 Alarm Reset Light

Alarm went off and although reset strobe light will not stop flashimg?

I have an accenta g3 and the alarm went off and after resetting the light has continued flashing for days. I have switched alarm off, tried various items in the manual but to no avail. Is there any way I can stop this?
