Mend Sears LT 1000 Mower Engine Brake

Sears rider mower stalls when taking foot off brake?

I have a sears rider mower LT 1000. When i take my foot off the brake or try to engage the mower deck, the engine shuts down right away. i have replaced the 3 safety switches and no change. Now what? thanks

if it is in gear and it is at ilde, this will dog the engine and kill it. try raising the throttle and slowly letting off the brake.

Seat switch harness? Follow through the Ign switch. Also, is it possible that deck spindles may be siezed from storage and may stall engine.
