Mend Sears Craftsman Lawnmower Repair

Sears self propel lawnmower and the front wheels do not move?

I have a sears Craftsman Lawnmower and its about 2 years old, just a few weeks ago as I started it and pushed the bar down to move it the wheelh in the front won't move, you can push it but its suppose to move on its own when you push up its bar. What is wrong with it and is it easy to fix myself? I checked around the wheels to be sure nothing has been caught around it but it appears nothing has.

Either the belt is loose or has broken, if it is ok check cable adjustment, if no better will need a new box
