DASHBOARD LIGHTS NOT WORKING!?

this is what i have done!

i changed my orignal dashboard lights to BLUE LED'S once i fitted them only a few of my light lit up the main ones are not lighitng up at all and my indicators lights will nly come on if i put my hazards on and then they still dnt light if the engine is started! ??

i have checked to see if it the blue leds but its not??

what could i do plzz help!
