Mend Ford KA Ka Working

Ford KA headlights & dashboard lights not working?

I noticed a month ago that my petrol gauge on my 98 Ford KA was not working. As the nights are getting darker I needed my headlights for the first time the other night and they were not working either (full and dipped beam). I went to halfords and changed the bulbs and still nothing. It was at this point that i noticed that none of the lights on my dashboard are working. Any suggestions?

This happened to mine when brand new. I had a faulty windscreen wiper motor, that somehow made everything on the dashboard die.

The Ford garage had to re-load all the software or something. It took 15 minutes, and was all working again.

Have you checked all the fuses?
