CANNOT RESET AFTER POWER CUT (twice) ALL LIGHTS ARE ON PANEL BT NUMBERS PAD SEEMS DEAD

my second suggestion is then that alarm could have froze

power the alarm down by mains first then battery

power back up with battery first enter your code and see if it works again if it dosent leave the alarm switched off and you will have to see if you can get another number pad for it if it does work enter your code switch the mains back on put the lid back on and press reset if it works your laughing

Hi, Had a look at key pad plug and it is pushed in firmly

open the main panel and find where the number pad plugs in see if thats plugged in properly
