when i run my sewing machine the needle goes up and down very slowly, and the wheel turns very slowly 2.

Hello Sam,
First thing to do is to give it a good oiling with WD40, every moving part that you can see, if the machine is still running slow hold the balance wheel and gently press on the foot control, if you can hold the machine still then you may need a new motor.
