How do I get the bottom of my refrigerator to cool?

How do I get the bottom of my refrigerator to cool, my freezer cools very well, but the bottom doesn't get cold at all? Other than unpluging the entire refrigerator and starting over. What else should I do, to prevent this from accuring again?

Hello,

I would check to make sure both fans (condenser and evaporator) are running when the compressor in running. Also make sure the condenser under the fridge is clean and not dusty.
