Mend Vokera Exel 80 SP Heating Temperature

my vokera exel 80 sp does not heat the upstairs water?

Hi, I am having problems with my hot water teperature, downstairs the water is warm, not as warm as it should be and upstairs is not as warm as downstairs, I have had the diaphram replaced also the the divertor valve has had a service kit fitted, anybody any ideas?
