Drum has slight play in bearing?

I think the bearing is packing up the drum makes a lot of noise when spinning .

I have the same issue with my mechine and are trying to find out if replacing the bearings is relativly easy to do. I have found a number of options for replacment parts ranging from £15 - £130 but I a'm not sure what is the best option. does anyone have any experiance of this repair that may help ?
