I have a scantronic 9800 alarm system with a 9827 key pad?
I have a scantronic 9800 alarm system with a 9827 key pad and during the evening whislt the alarm was unset it went off indicating a faul as tr which I understand is a tamper fault on the external bell box. I have checked all wiring,+ connections and they are all okay. The external bell box has not been interfered with. Any ideas how to fix please?
fault 6F with fault & service lights. have disabled sensor in zone 6, but fault still occurring, even if alarm Not set!.
fault now showing as 6F / rr, but what is the engineer reset code?

Hi Steve, you will have to change your bell box, if you dont the TR Tamper Return will keep coming up at as fault, may be once a month but it will keep happening.
