Mend Main 30 HE Combi Water Pressure

Main combi 30 HE,have upped the water pressure now flashing flame failure?

Have bled the radiators this morning then heating stopped working,realised i needed to up the water so have done that it said no more 2.5 so topped up to just below 1.5 now have a flashing red flame light? could be flame failure or blocked condensate pipe it say's???? any help would be much appreciated, Thanks Mel

if its the condensate pipe frozen. its the white plastic
pipe going outside from under the boiler.
a kettle of hot water will free it off
then press reset see if it works
