Mend Grohe Flow Into Pan

How to increase flow into pan?

Grohedral cistern... not enough water flow to flush toilet. Duel push wth two tubes. Has anyone got a diagram of the parts, and what do I clean or adjust?

Take off the top cover. There's a silver knob probably down to the left, on the wall just behind the toilet. Reach down and only slightly adjust it, to the left to increase the water flow. Flush and look inside to check for difference.
