How can I fix F10 on WF860 Hotpoint?

I have checked the fill and water is entering the machine as normal. Once full and starting the wash programe the F10 is displayed and the machine pumps out. The solenoids do click in and out at the end of the fill process, not sure if this is normal. The machine has run a full wash programme so the fault is there most of the time but sometimes for a wash seems to disapear. Any ideas on a fix?
