How do I fix an F18 fault on my Seimens S12-38 washing machine?

I have done this---Unscrew the filter cap and remove the filter,clean out any debris,.
Look into the filter housing and see if you can see anything jamming the pumps impeller,the impeller should turn freely.
Plug the machine back in and put the machine on SPIN ONLY,see if you can see the pump running,.

The pump is spinning..what do i do next ?

f18 is a draining error,

pull the machine out and remove the power plug,lower the grey drain outlet pipe into a bowl,.Once the water has drained from the drum you should be able to open the door and remove the washing,.On the front lower part of the machine or behind the front kick panel is a filter,.
Unscrew the filter cap and remove the filter,clean out any debris,.

Plug the machine back in and put the machine on SPIN ONLY,see if you can see the pump running,.
