Mend GE JTS50 Flashing Turn Flashes

GE Oven keeps flashing the CLean light ?

When i go to turn on the oven, the clean light flashes and the oven does not turn on. The clean arm has not been moved over. I have put the oven through the clean cycle twice and it still does it. What do I do to get it off the flashing clean light.?
