Mend Fisher and Paykel Wont Spin Drain Washing Machine

Fisher and Paykel won't spin or drain?

Washer gets to rinse and spin cycle and it stops making a hum and then beeping. The agitator moves during the washing stage then it locks up full of water. I can blow air through the hose and it bubbles inside so I don't think that the hose is plugged. Any ideas?

The hum is the drain pump trying to spin & drain the water. Something is blocking the impellor & it can't turn. Unblock the pump.
