The machine can't spin until it drains the water. So you only have one problem that is the water not draining. PU stands for pump. Put machine on final spin & press start. Can you hear pump trying to run. If you hear a humming noise then pump is blocked with rubbish. If no noise at all then pump or wiring to pump may be damaged. Drain water manually by lowering drain hose down in to a bucket.
