fisher and paykel wont spin?

hollow washing machine wont spin water wont drain what can i do thanks

It will not spin until all the water has drained. Fix the drain problem. Probably a blockage in the pump. If you put it on final spin and press start then listen. If you can hear a humming noise down below that is the drain pump trying to go but can't because something is stopping it.
