Setting a Randall 103E?

We have inherited a Randall 103E CH timer without instruction book and don't know how to set the "buttons" for our chosen twice per day on/off settings can you please help

Hi, has anyone got a copy of this manual for the 103e timer? Similar to the original poster Mary Cockcroft, I've moved into a property with this timer and I cannot find the manual anywhere online. The links provided here by Darren and B do not have this manual any more.
