Mend Combi Boiler Heating Timer

sorry i dont know the make ?

i have a combi boiler that looses time every day ,i set the timer to come on twice a day in the evening no problem but at 05.30 am it does not Why does it always loose time so i get the cold rooms ,the clock is built in with the little peg system for setting the on and off
