Mend Toyota B9004 Screen Dead Power

TOYOTA B9004 TOUCH SCREEN DEAD AS A DODO ?

I have established that I have power going into it but the unit shows no signe of life , is their an easy fix to this ? or is it amatter of sending it off for a couple of weeks and paying out whatwever the cost? its £2500 for an exchange toyota unit
