Mend Unknown X2 Turn Light Running

Lamp won't turn on, but fan runs high?

When I turn my X2 projector on, the green light on the projector is on, the fan is running high, but there is no sign of the bulb turning on. I then switched the bulb out with a new one, but it still does the same thing. Any suggestions?
