how can i fix the immobilizer.no light is showing on the immobilizer.It has a swipe fob which turns off when swiped and then the car will start. no light showing so cant start the car.

This does not sound like the standard Vauxhall Vectra immobiliser, if it is an after market device we need to know what make and model it is.
What year/model is the car? Owners of high spec models (GSI, VXR etc.) often fit extra security.
