KENMORE ELITE HE4 SMART HEAT DRYER - NOT DRYING CLOTHES?

I HAVE THIS MODEL 3 YRS. WHEN i FIRST GOT IT IT DRIED A FULL LOAD OF TOWELS IN 20 MIN. NOW TAKES 2 FULL 40 MIN CYCLES. i TRACE THE LINT TO SEE IF IT WAS CLOGGED AND IT IS NOT. I KNOW THERE ARE HEAT STRIPS IN THE BIN SOMEWHERE ( THIS IS A SMART HEAT MODEL)THAT CAN BE CLEANED WITH ALCOHOL BUT i CANT SEEM TO FIND THEM. CAN YOU HELP?
