How can I fix my Kenmore 90 Series dryer that will not heat up?

How can I fix my Kenmore 90 Series dryer that will not heat up? It still runs each cycle, but the clothes are not drying? Would this be a heating element or a fuse? How would I decipher which problem it is?

If you are getting no heat whatsoever, The first thing I would check is the heating element. A bad thermal fuse would make the dryer dead.
