Mend Citroen Saxo VTR Going Reg Battery

how can i stop the alarm going off on my citoren saxo vtr s reg?

the battery went flat on my saxo, i dont have the working alarm fob, when i open the door it goes off for aboot 20 second then goes off. i can start the car ok but as soon as i open the door again it sets it off again. arrrr
