Mend Rover 45 1.4 Fan Coming Problem

My fan is coming on without keys in ignition?

I have a rover 45 1.4 is, x reg.
The problem im getting is my battery keeps going flat and the last couple of days i have noticed the radiator fan keeps coming on even without the keys in the ignition, can any one please help.THANKS...

Rover Rover 45 1.4 Vehicles, Cars Fan Coming Problem

a lot of cars can run a cooler fan after shut down but as a rule only for abou a minuit if its realy hot , sounds like a fooky thermo fan swich , normaly screwd into the radiator some where will have 2 or 3 wires goin to it . DONT FORGET TO TOP UP THE RAD!!!!!!
