I need to change the piston ring in my craftsman 2.2 cu. in chainsaw I need help putting them back in

Not too sure what the problem is, most of the hobby machines have an in line cylinder and have a good leed into the cylinder, just make sure the ends of the ring are in the ring peg, get the piston nice and square to the cylinder base, and push home, vertical cylinders will need a ring compressor, these are fairly cheap and come as a set.
