when changing into 2nd gear in a transit van 2004 swb it grinds but other times if I change slowly it dosent and when reverse gear is selected sometimes jumps out please help as no one gives a solid answer there supposed to know about viecles
He means me - I'm always giving dodgy advice about things I know nothing about - but I do try to do it with a bit of style - why only yesterday I was giving help to someone about their tractor - the cheek of it - I've never even touched a tractor!
My "solid" advice is to have the gearbox looked at - one wonders what sort of help he was expecting?

it sounds like your synchro hubs are worn,either put up with it or get a replacement box
