craftsman chainsaw model 358.354810. liclkng gas?

two hole in gas tank. one for carborator fuel line. don't know what the other hole is for. gas licks out of this hole.

If there is a primer bulb on the saw, which I suspect is the case, this other hole is for the return from the primer bulb. Need to put a hose on the primer bulb or on the return from the carburetor to the tank.
If there is no primer bulb then this is a vent hole that has lost its vent tube.
