I spilt a small amount of water over the control panel on my hob. It was switched on at the time and immediately started bleeping. I wiped it off quickly - I'm certain none got between the hob and the worktop, but now I just get a lot of bleeps and code 76 flashing at me. I have tried switching off at the plug - at least that stops the bleeping, anyone know of a cheaper option than Stoves replacing the control panel?
