AEG Competence isnt working properly,how do i fix it?

model numbers would be helpful but common issue for this type of fault is the cooling fan not operating.pull cooker out.remove top front panel behind fascia panel and look in the wiring loom for a blue torpedo shaped device with 2 white and 2 blue wires coming from it.if it is burnt in the middle you will need to get another one and replace it.I am asuming a certain model but could be other reasons on other models
