Mend Whirlpool GEW9250PW0 Reset 10 Seconds

is there a reset button?

I held the "end of cycle" button for 3 to 10 seconds, and the control panel lock remains on. Is there another reset that would fix this problem on my Whirlpool Duet dryer?
