what model is it ?as some have a pneumatic fuel pump on them like the gilera runner/dna for instance but a stalker doesnt

what is the damper plug on the top of the carb for help please and how 2 check it 2 see if working

spin engine over a few times to start. then take sparkplug out and see if it is wet.if dry then pour a teaspoon of petrol down plughole fit plug and try starting it again.
