Mend Samsung SR-L628EV Turn Front Stopped

How can I fix my Samsung cool Tech plus..SR-L628EV?

The buttons that turn the temperature up and down on the front panel have stopped working on the right hand section which controls theFridge temperature and the quick chill button.
Yet the other side that controls the freezer temperature and the quick freeze button is still working.
